Social Dinner

Within the workshop social program, it will be organized a dinner to a Tipical Sardinian Restaurant: Sa Mandra.

The menu at Sa Mandra is prepared using the finest ingredients locally sourced, fresh daily, following traditional recipes to preserve the characteristic flavors of Sardinia

The menu of the social dinner will include:

Aperitif:
 Vermentino Wine, Cheese Cream,
Sardinian bread and Olives

APPETIZERS
Sa Vruhe Cheese (Az. Agricola Sa Mandra)
Pecorino Cheese (Az. Agricola Sa Mandra)
Fresh ricotta with honey (Az.Agricola Sa Mandra)

Dried sausage (Az. Agricola Sa Mandra)
Sardinian ham (Az. Agricola Sa Mandra)
Martinette (potatoes, zucchini and cheese)

FIRST COURSES
Ravioli with seven herbs and pecorino cheese (Az. Agricola Sa Mandra)
Malloredos with tomato sauce and pecorino cheese (Az. Agricola Sa Mandra)

SECOND COURSES
Suckling piglet (Az. Agricola Sa Mandra)
Fresh vegetables (Az. Agricola La Crucca)
Lamb with wild fennell

The social dinner is not included in the registration fee.
